1.SMT production line: Automatic Unloader machine, printing machine, Chip Mounter, reflow soldering , AOI detector.
2.BGA professional production lines are: constant temperature humidity chamber, ovens, X-Ray specialized detector, BGA rework station.
3.DIP production line : plug-in line, wave soldering, final welding line.
